I feel old to say I’ve known someone for 20 years, but that’s how long it’s been for Megan and I! We met as little girls when we became next door neighbors and I followed her around, dying to match every outfit she had and not minding her bossing me around 😂 We grew up, went to opposing high schools & cheered on opposing cheerleading teams but still stayed connected through the years. When her and Shane got engaged, I was unavailable for their original date but the stars aligned for me to shoot their new date (thanks COVID). I’m SO thankful to have come full circle 20+ years later and photograph my first friend’s wedding!

Their wedding day took place at the Wimbish House in Atlanta, Georgia on a beautiful, rainy fall day. Megan and Shane exchanged a first touch letter reading, she had a first look with her sweet bridesmaids, and they partied the night away with fun signature drinks names after their dog, Brody. Here’s to you, Mr + Mrs Donovan! You two are so loved!
