Tyler + Rebekah

John and I have lived in Athens for a little over a year now and adore all of the friends we’ve made here so far. After joining a small group at our church, we met Tyler and Rebekah who have become fast friends. They are in the midst of planning their wedding through COVID-19, and have been so joyful despite the tough choices they’ve been recently faced with. Our small group decided to surprise Rebekah right before my session with them with a drive-by parade shower since most of her wedding festivities have been cancelled, and it was the SWEETEST thing! We blasted music and every car had balloons or signs or coke cans tied to the back (still laughing about this). Afterwards, we headed to the Botanical Gardens to photograph their engagement photos and kind of made a double date out of it. These two are so much fun, so easy to photograph, and I really can’t wait to watch them become husband and wife in less than 2 months!
